*A $15 ticket will get you ALL DAY General Admission access to J.O.E.  A $25 ticket will get you ALL DAY access to J.O.E. plus entrance into the evening’s main stage musical acts presented by The Metro AND Last of My Species II: The Perilous Songs of Bibi Merhdad.

Redmoon Theater is a Ticket-less theater. When you have made your purchase, your reservation will be held at the festival entrance. Please go to the Will Call entrance to check in. Seating for the MAINSTAGE events are General Admission (first come, first serve).

Box Office Hours:

Monday thru Friday 10am-5pm and in August, additional weekend hours Saturday thru Sunday 12pm-5pm. There is a $1.50 service fee on each ticket whether you purchase online or over the phone. 

Festival Information:


The Main Stage area will open for seating to the public at 6pm each evening Thursday-Sunday and 1pm on Monday. The main stage area is made up of bleacher and lawn seating. Please feel free to bring blankets or cushions. Lawn chairs are not permitted.  Reserved seating is available for handicapped patrons; please contact the box office to make reservations.  Any patrons arriving late will be sat at the discretion of the House Management onsite.

Directions to South Belmont Harbor:   

South Belmont Harbor is located at 3200 N block on Lake Michigan in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood. From 90/94: exit off the Belmont Ave and go east on Belmont toward the lake to the festival arena. From Lake Shore Drive: exit on Belmont Ave and turn toward the lake to the festival site. Parking is limited, please plan accordingly.


NOTE: General parking is limited near the festival site. A number of parking options availble just north and south of Festival J.O.E. site on the lakefront. 

North Belmont Harbor Parking
Lake Shore Dr, EXIT Recreation Drive (3600 N)
Parking Rate: $10
  Distance from J.O.E.: 2/3 mile north from the Festival J.O.E. site
Directions to J.O.E.: Walk south on the lakefront path, around the harbor. Turn left when you reach the south side of the site and walk east to Festival J.O.E.!

Waveland Clock Tower Parking
Just north of Lakeshore and Recreation Drive (3800 N)
Parking Rate: $1/hour
Distance from J.O.E.: 1 mile north of the Festival J.O.E. site
Parking limited on Saturday and Sunday
Directions to J.O.E.: Walk south on the lakefront path, around the harbor. Turn left when you reach the south side of the site and walk east to Festival J.O.E.!

Diversey Harbor Parking
Lakeshore and Diversey (just south on Lakeshore, 2800 N)
Parking Rate: $10
Distance from J.O.E.: 1/2 mile south of the Festival J.O.E. site
Directions to J.O.E.: Turn right onto Lake Shore Dr and walk north. Turn right at the Barry Ave path, go under the underpass and walk east to Festival J.O.E.! 

St. Joseph’s Hospital Parking
2900 N Lakeshore Dr.
Parking Rate: $10
Distance from J.O.E.: 2/3 mile south of the Festival J.O.E. site
Parking Limited on Saturday 9am-5pm
Directions to J.O.E.: Turn left onto Lake Shore Dr and walk north. Turn right at the Barry Ave path, go under the underpass and walk east to Festival J.O.E.!  
 
Neighborhood Parking: There is free neighborhood parking throughout Lakeview until 6pm each day. Parking is limited during peak hours.
Metered Parking: Metered parking is available on Broadway, Clark, Sheridan and Belmont near the festival site.

Public Transportation to South Belmont Harbor:

Belmont Harbor can be reached by any of the following buses: 77 Belmont, 151 Sheridan, 146 Inner Drive/Michigan Express, and the 145 Wilson/Michigan Express.

Belmont Harbor can also be reached by El train. Both the Red and Brown line trains stop at Belmont- simply take the 77 Belmont bus east or walk 1 mile east on Belmont to the lake. The festival site is to the South of the Harbor.
